PURPOSE:To enhance photosensitivity by forming a carrier generating material made of a specified compound and a carrier transfer material made of another specified compound. CONSTITUTION:0At least one of the carrier generating material is a bisazo compound represented by formula I and at least one of the carrier transfer material is a stilbene compound represented by formula I, and in formulae I and II, each of X1 and X2 is halogen, alkyl, or the like; each of p, q, m, and n is an integer of 0,, and 2; Q is a group represented by formula III; Ar is an aromatic hydrocarbon group having a fluorinated hydrocarbon group or the like; Z is a nonmetallic atomic group necessary to form an aromatic hydro carbon group or an aromatic heterocyclic group; R1 is aryl or styryl; R2 is H, alkyl, or the like; Ar1 is arylene; each of R3-.....R5 is H, alkyl, or the like; and l is 0 or 1, thus permitting photosensitivity to be enhanced. |
