PURPOSE:To simply and easily prepare a gaseous mixture, in filling a container with two or more of gases having different molecular weights, by vibrating or rotating the container. CONSTITUTION:Containers 3, 3 which are respectively filled with single gases having different molecular weights, for example, helium gas and Freon gas are connected to a container 1 for filling a gaseous mixture. These container 3, 3, 1 are respectively placed on a base stand 2 and filled with the gaseous mixture while subjected to either one of rotary and vibratory operations or combined operation thereof. Because this filled gases are sufficiently mixed, they generate no separation even if used in sealing the hermetically sealed space of a double-layered glass. |
