<p>PURPOSE:To form a sharp pattern having a transparent feeling and to prevent the generation of interlaminar release even by long-time heating by transferring the pattern part of a transfer member to a clear gel coat resin layer being the first layer in an uncured state and coating the first layer with another resin layer as the second layer and forming a resin concrete layer as the third layer. CONSTITUTION:A clear gel coat layer 1 being the first layer is formed by laminating a clear gel coat resin to a mold material 10. In the second process, a transfer member 4 is closely adhered to the surface 1a of the clear gel coat layer 1 being a surface layer in an uncured state and separated therefrom to transfer the pattern part 5 consisting of pigment, a dye or the like adhered to one surface of the transfer member 1 to the surface 1a. In the next third process, a clear gel coat resin layer 2 coating the transferred pattern part 5 is formed as the second layer in the same uncured gelled state of the clear gel coat resin layer 1. Since the resin layers of the same kind are formed in a superposed state as mentioned above, said layers can be strongly adhered. Next, as the third layer, a resin concrete layer 3 is formed to impart rigidity.</p> |
