<p>PURPOSE: To produce paper or paper board after easy separation of foreign substances such as metals, sand and the like by transferring the secondary fiber feed contaminated with foreign substances, for example, metals, sand and the like, via the drying step and the fractionating step, then to the pulp regeneration step. CONSTITUTION: The packages of the secondary fiber 12 are conveyed with the conveyer 50, allowed to fall down to the tank 52 where packages are half loosened into about a half-size blocks and then fed down on the first disk screen 54. The first disc screen 54 is equipped with a rotary disk 56 that inhibits the movement toward the radial direction to allow the fibrous material to fall down to the fibrous material conveying belt 58 at the top of the disk. The magnet 60 is set on the first disk screen 54 to attract and remove metals. The materials falling from the first disk screen 54 are fed to the second disk screen 64 where the fibrous material is separated from the foreign substances, the latter is allowed to fall down, while the former is transferred to the pulp regeneration tank with the conveyers 58 and 72.</p> |
