PURPOSE:To keep fine image forming condition at all times by displaying previously personal characteristic data at the non-image forming part of a photosensitive body and controlling an element to be controlled according to the display contents of this characteristic data. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with the photosensitive body 1 which displays personal characteristic data 1b at the non-image forming part 1a, a reading means which reads the characteristic data 1b inside the device main body, and controlling means which controls the element to be controlled concerned with an image forming process according to the characteristic data 1b read by the reading means 2, i.e., when the photosensitive body 1 is equipped inside the device main body, the reading means 2 reads the characteristic data 1b which is displayed at the non-image forming part 1a on the photosensitive body 1 and the controlling means controls the element to be controlled according to the characteristic data 1b. Consequently, even when the characteristic data 1b of newly equipped photosensitive body 1 differs from the previous one, the image forming process is performed according to new characteristic data 1b. Thus, fine image forming condition can be kept at all times. |
