Cylinder lock with a sliding cylinder core and with facility for locking the bolt in the locked position, characterised in that it comprises a hook (13) which, against the action of a spring (16), tilts about an axis (14, 15) at right angles to the axis of the cylinder core (2) between a first position in which the free end (13') of the hook (13) is adjacent the free end of the bolt (6) or a draw bar (9) which is rigidly connected to the said bolt (6) upon rectilinear movement, and a second position in which the free end (13') of the said hook (13) moves aside in relation to the said bolt (6), a step (18) on the cylinder core (2) being so braced on a projection (17) on the said hook (13) that as the cylinder core (2) slides, the hook is tilted from the first position into the second position. |
