<p>PURPOSE:To fit and connect an electric component such as an external connector, a relay, etc., smoothly by low inserting force by disposing a bus bar finely slidably in parallel with an insulating plate while forming a tab hole as a frame body displaceable to the left and the right and before and behind to a case. CONSTITUTION:A bus bar base groove 13 partitioned by parallel ribs 12, 12' is shaped to an insulating plate 2, and a bus bar is arranged so as not to be slipped off by bosses 10. The breadth W1 and longitudinal length W2 of the bus bar base groove 13 are made slightly larger than those of the bus bar 1, and the bus bar 1 can be slid before and behind to the left and the right only by distances t. The height of the ribs 12, 12' is made larger than the thickness of the bus bar 1, fine clearances t' are left among the bosses 10 and the surface of the bus bar, and the movement of the bus bar 1 is not prevented. A tab hole 13 through which a tab 6 is penetrated is composed as a frame body 14, and the periphery of the frame body 14 is shaped integrally to an upper case 5 by the use of thin hinges 15.</p> |
