PURPOSE:To form a uniform thin metal film on the inside of a cylindrical substrate even in case of a small inside diameter by injecting org. metallic ink into the substrate made of a metal or ceramic while rotating the substrate to form a coating film. CONSTITUTION:A fixed quantity of org. metallic ink is injected into a cylindrical substrate made of a metal or ceramic from one end or both ends through hollow needles while rotating the substrate on the center line of the cylinder as an axis. A coating film can be uniformly formed on the inside of the substrate by centrifugal force produced by the rotation. Hot air is then blown into the substrate to dry the film and this dried film is calcined. One or more kinds of inks selected among org. Pt, Au, Ag, Pd, Rh, Ir, Ru and Cu inks are used as the org. metallic ink. |
