Stretched over the edge (5) of the open top of a urine collector vessel (1) is the top end of a sleeve (3) into which is inserted the penis of an incontinent male patient. By applying suction to the interior of the vessel, the sleeve is expanded for easy use. At the bottom of the vessel is a side connection for a tube (6) with a manually operated suction device attached, such as a resilient squeeze bulb (7). The bottom of the sleeve is sealed by a clamp (13). In an alternative design, the vessel is formed by a flexible bellows which can be increased in size. ADVANTAGE - Easy use.
