<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the humidity control of an exhaust gas on the intake side and reduce the electric resistivity of dust by leading part of the exhaust gas saturated with moisture using an exhaust gas humidity controlling fan installed at the intake port side of an electric dust collector, into the main unit of the collector. CONSTITUTION:First, the exhaust gas passes through a heat exchanger 2 for heat recovery, then is led to the main unit 1 of an electric dust collector and passes through the first and second fans 3, 4 into a desulfurization device 5. After desulfurization, the gas is led to a mist catcher 6, and most of the exhaust gas saturated with moisture passes through a heat exchanger 7 for reheating, reaching a smoke stack. In the meantime, part of the exhaust gas saturated with moisture is sucked by an exhaust gas humidity controlling fan 11, and then is led to the intake port side of the main unit of the electric dust collector 1 through an exhaust gas humidity controlling duct 9. In this way, the sticking of dust to the interior of a flue of the humidity controlling duct on the intake port side or the main unit 1 of the dust collector can be eliminated and subsequently, dust collecting efficiency is improved.</p> |
