PURPOSE:To obtain a seasoning of favorable solubility, prevented from caking caused by moisture absorption while effectively utilizing the tasting function of the constituents, by wet or dry coating of a glutamate and potassium salt. CONSTITUTION:In a seasoning containing a glutamate and potassium salt, said glutamate and/or potassium salt is put to wet or dry coating. It is preferable that the coating be carried out using a saccharide such as mannitol, beta-lactose, or beta-cyclodextrin. |
