<p>PURPOSE:To culture a vascular endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell at high adhesion ratio and propagation ratio by culturing a blood wall cell using poly(vinylbenzyl-cellobionamide) as a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution of poly(N-p-vinylbenzyl-D-cellobionamide) is charged into a culture laboratory dish, etc., and coated by an absorption method. Then a vascular endothelial cell isolated, e.g., from bovine breast aorta and subcultured is cultured to provide the aimed cell.</p> |
