PURPOSE:To form matrix wirings without generating erroneous wirings by aligning needle electrode wire rods with insulating coatings, shaping a needle electrode group, arranging cross wire rods, which are composed of an insulating material while being crossed with needle electrodes, and one surfaces of which consist of a conductive material, forming the matrix wirings, removing the insulating coatings of the needle electrode wire rods at the intersections of a matrix and electrically connecting the needle electrode wire rods. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod 1 for a needle electrode is wound and aligned along another specific guide strip 6 on a winding drum 5, and constituted of an electric insulating material along the axial direction of the winding drum 5. A cross wire rod 11 on which an electric conductive material 12 is stuck is placed on the top face section of the wire rod 1, and said operation is repeated successively at a time, thus realizing an array group having pitch intervals having high accuracy and grouping for matrix-wiring the wire rod 1 for the needle electrodes. The electric conductive material 12 of the cross wire rod 11 and the needle electrode wire rod 1 are connected electrically by a welding tool 13 at the intersections of a matrix, thus organizing the matrix wirings having high reliability. |
