<p>PURPOSE:To secure the function of gas flow control valve and reduce size by a method wherein a gas mixing liquid inlet port is provided, a liquid flow control valve is mounted at the lower part, and the gas flow control valve which opens and closes in two stages by a float is installed at the upper part. CONSTITUTION:When a vapor-liquid separation chamber 8 is filled with liquid due to malfunction such as a failure of a liquid flow control valve 10 or liquid flow-in from another pump device, for example, a float 21 floats to a position shown by a chain line. This swings a float lever 20 counterclockwise, arises a valve lever 22 to close an opening 14b with a valve body 30 to prevent liquid from flowing out. In case of liquid flow-in from another pump device, the liquid level drops when this pump 3 is driven to permit the liquid to flow out to a flow path 15. At this time, the float lever 20 slightly swings clockwise with the own wt. of the float 21 to have the valve lever lowered to open a valve hole 31. If gas escapes from the small hole 31 into a path 14a and the inner pressure drops to a level low enough to open the valve body 30, the float lever 20 further swings with the own weight of the float 21. This permits a pin 22a to be engaged with a lower rim of a long hole 32 to have the valve body 30 lowered and open the valve.</p> |
