PURPOSE:To obtain base boards capable of using silver as a conductor, sinterable at low temperature in the atmosphere, comprising mullite-based ceramic, by molding mixed powder of lead borosilicate glass powder and mullite powder in a specific ratio into sheets and sintering. CONSTITUTION:Low-temperature sintered base boards are formed by the following method. Namely, mixed powder consisting of 30-70wt.% glass powder comprising 40-70wt.% PbO, 20-50wt.% SiO2, 5-15wt.% B2O3 and 1-10wt.% Al2O3 as components and 70-30wt.% mullite power is molded into sheets and sintered at 850-950 deg.C. |
