PURPOSE:To attain secrecy by making which input/output terminal is used as a page/address input terminal difficult to discriminate from an outer side. CONSTITUTION:All the output signals of memory matrices 1-4 are extracted through an input/output buffer 7' to input/output terminals D0/O0-D7/O7, a page latch 8' to store inputting page selecting data is provided corresponding to all the input/output terminals D0/O0-D7/O7. Then, the output of the page latch 8' is supplied to a page decoder 9 through PROM components M10-M17 and M20-M27. Consequently, it becomes difficult to judge from an outer side which input/output terminals D0/O0-D7/O7 and the page decoder 9 are electric-connected. Thus, secrecy property can be held. |
