PURPOSE:To eliminate change in design and enhance supporting rigidity by providing a pair of actuators in which a group of frictional plates can be separatedly fastened/disfastened through an outside operation in such a way as to be arranged on the axial direction of a case, radially thereof. CONSTITUTION:As an actuators 81, 83 are operated from the outside so as to supply oil pressure to respective pressure chambers 87, 89 for fastening frictional clutches 65, 71, a case 25 is connected to respective hub members 45, 47 so as to transmit a rotational driving force from an engine to right and left rear wheels. In this case, the fastening forces of the respective frictional clutches 65, 71 are adjusted together each or separatedly at the right and left wheels, it is possible to arbitrarily adjust the ratio between a rotational driving force to a front wheel side and a driving force to a rear wheel side, and also the ratio between respective rotational drive forces transmitted to a left rear wheel and right rear wheel. As the supply of an oil pressure applied on the actuators 81, 83 are stopped, respective frictional clutches 65, 71 are in opened state, thereby cutting off the transmission of the rotational drive force to the rear wheel. The actuators 81, 83 are arranged in parallel to each other on one side of the axial direction.
