The invention relates to a screw-connection (1) for connecting two components (2, 3) which are located at a distance (4) from one another. In a series of application cases, bracing between the components (2, 3) is not to occur when fitting the screw-connection (1). For this purpose, the invention makes provision for threads (7, 8) of different diameters to be provided on the two components. Correspondingly, the screw-bolt (9) also has a front thread region (11) of a smaller diameter and a rear thread region (12) of a greater diameter. All the threads have the same pitch. The front thread region (11) is configured to be so long that, when set and partially screwed into its corresponding threaded bore (8), the screw-bolt (9) still does not come into contact with one component (2). A necessary compressive force for a screwing device is absorbed by the component (3), and the component (2) is not, as in the case of other screw-connections, forced in the direction of the component (3) here. When the screw-bolt (9) is screwed further in, the rear thread region (12) grips in the component (2), as a result of which the latter is held in a stress-free manner.
