摘要
<p>A ceramic material comprising a double phase complex sialon sintered body of beta min -type sialon and O min -type sialon being composed of the four elements of Si,Al,O and N and having a ratio of beta min -type sialon/O min -type sialon of 7/1 to 3/5 by weight ratio. The beta min -phase-O min -phase complex sialon has a dense structure and is excellent in high strength and high oxidation-resistance.</p>
