PURPOSE:To quickly stop a motor and prevent mechanical fault from being generated, by setting a time for identifying the stopping of a movable member on limiting the working, to be longer at the time of starting, and by setting the time to be shorter at the time of a steady state. CONSTITUTION:Clock pulse is integrated by a counter, and with pulse (a) according to the movement of the driving device of input provided from the feedback device of the driving device, the value of this counter is reset. The value of the counter is expressed by a graph (b). When the value of the counter comes to a timer comparing value, then alarm for the stopping of a movable member on limiting the working is generated. The timer comparing value is set to be larger at the time of the starting-up of the driving device, and is set to be smaller at the time of a steady-state speed. |
