PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin synthetic pulp suitable for a heat-seal paper, etc. exhibiting a stable sealability within a low-temperature region.SOLUTION: The polyolefin synthetic pulp of the present invention includes a copolymer (A) of ethylene and an α-olefin having 4-10 carbon atoms satisfying the following requisites (I) through (IV): (I) the melt flow rate (MFR) at 190°C under a load of 2.16 kg is confined to a range of 0.1-100 g/10 min; (II) the density (D) is confined to a range of 860-930 kg/m; (III) the ratio of the weight-average molecular weight with respect to the number-average molecular weight (MW/Mn) measured via GPC is confined to a range of 1.50-3.00; (IV) the ratio, on an elution curve obtained via temperature rising elution fractionation (TREF), of the height (H) of a peak having the greatest peak intensity with respect to the width (W) of a height commensurate with 1/2 of the peak, namely (H/W), and the density (D) satisfy the following relational formula: 0.0163×D-14.50≤Log(H/W)≤0.0163×D-13.21. |
