PURPOSE:To enable to mold the titled article with either resin having properties corresponding to a purpose or colored resin, by a method wherein a molded article is molded with the two resin different from each other and a hinge bonded with one of the two resin is molded with a part of the other resin within the same mold. CONSTITUTION:A communicating part 6 is closed by a molding die of a hinge and a molded material 11 is molded by pouring first resin into one side cavity 4. A large and small cores 9, 10 are moved backward and a molding part 12 of the hinge which is communicated with a part up to the inside of the molded material is formed on a cavity 4 side. Then a molding of a molded material 13 is performed by pouring second resin having properties of the hinge into the other cavity 5. In this instance, the molding part 12 of the hinge is filled with a part of the resin, the resin arrives at the inside of the molded material 11 and the hinge 16 having a connecting part 15, whose part of a stepped part 10a of the small core 10 is made into an undercut 14, is molded by a part of the molded material 13. |
