PURPOSE:To improve workability by reducing the floor space occupied by a device, by a method wherein a pad fixing jig is provided on a circumferential surface of a rotator, a bottom force is provided elevatably and the skin on the bottom force is stuck to a pad. CONSTITUTION:A foam molded pad 2b for a front seat cushion or a front seat back is fixed to each pad fixing jig 1b of a rotator (a). An adhesive agent is applied to a pad 2d with an adhesive agent applicator 40 and a pad 2a to which the adhesive agent is applied is looked down by a cylinder 32. A bottom force 3a is raised along with a truck 4a, the skin 6a is pressure-contacted with the pad 2a, stuck and the bottom force 3a is lowered. The bottom force 3a is shifted latterally along with a truck 4a, the pad 2a integrated with the skin 6a is taken out through the bottom force 3a and a front seat cushion is formed by uniting the pad 2a to a frame by coating the outside of the pad 2a with the skin 6a. When the rotator (a) is turned a turn by repeating this procedure hereinafter, seats of one automobile can be assembled. |
