<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title product having fine and uniform foams, showing excellent pearly appearance, having excellent strength, etc., comprising a resin composition prepared by blending a specific polypropylene resin with talc, zinc oxide and titanium oxide in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) 40-70pts.wt. polypropylene resin having <=1g/10 minutes melt index (230 deg.CX2.16g) is blended with (B) 30-60pts.wt. talc and (C) 0.1-30pts. wt. zinc oxide and/or titanium oxide to give a resin composition, which is used to give the aimed product having >=1.2 expansion ratio. With respect to prevention of foam fracture in extruding the composition from a die lip, preferably the composition is blended with 0.07-0.3pt.wt. lubricant such as ethylenebisamide.</p> |
