PURPOSE:To obtain an in-mold molded product which is strong in marring, hard to become dirty, superior in mat effect and has mat surface, by a method wherein a transfer layer having further fine unevenness is formed on an uneven surface of a plastic molded product. CONSTITUTION:A peel ply 9, pattern layer 10 and adhesive bond 11 are formed in order on a substrated sheet 8 and a mat pattern and a functional thin film can be formed on the surface of an in-mold molded product of a body to be transferred, in a mat transfer material 7. The mat transfer material 7 is fixed to a fixed position of a die 5. The die 5 is clamped and resin is injected. After cooling of the resin, the die 5 is broken and the in-mold molded product is taken out. When the substrate sheet 8 of the mat transferring material 7 is peeled off from the in-mold molded product, the in-mold molded product having a mat surface is obtained. Therefore, unevenness 3 is formed by the die 5 on a resin part of the in-mold molded product and further fine unevenness 4 is formed on a transfer layer 2 laminated unevenly 3 further. |
