PURPOSE:To separate a casting and a core surely, by supplying an oxygen- contg. gas which is heated to the combustion temp. of an org. binder or above to the core using an org. binder. CONSTITUTION:A stop valve 7 is opened to supply air through an air supply port 8 into a gas flow pipe 6. The air is heated by a heater 9 up to the temp. at which the org. binder used can burn, whereafter the gas joins the gaseous oxygen flowing through a gaseous oxygen flow pipe 11 and flows into a gas flow hole 5. The gas is fed through a core print part 2b into a core 2 and after the gas is distributed and moved over the entire area of the core 2, the gas is discharged through a gas flow hole 4 to the outside of the system. The air contg. a prescribed amt. of the gaseous oxygen heated up to the prescribed temp. is passed through the inside of the core 2 in the above-mentioned way, whereby the org. binder constituting the core 2 is burned easily. |
