<p>PURPOSE:To increase the rising speed of a support frame and to reduce an impact at the upper limit by providing cushion rubbers for pressing the support frame to regulate the highest rising position on the front and rear upper surfaces of the support frame. CONSTITUTION:A support frame 6 is connected to the respective free end portions of the first oscillating links 11a, 11b, and a hydraulic cylinder 14 for elevating the support frame 6 is connected to the oscillating links 11a, 11b. Cushion rubbers 19 are respectively provided on the front and rear upper surfaces of the support frame 6. When the support frame 6 is lifted up, the cushion rubbers 19 are brought into contact with the supporting point boss portions of the first oscillating links 11a, 1b from below to press the support frame 6 in a buffering manner and regulates same to the highest rising position.</p> |
