PURPOSE:To permit tuning by manual operation even in the case when the control system does not operate by installing a driving motor and a tuning rod in an integral body onto the outside of a klystron, while permitting easily mounting and demounting onto the klystron. CONSTITUTION:A potentiometer 4 is interlinked with a tuning shaft 2 through a gear 3, in order to detect a tuning position and the electric voltage corresponding to said position is generated at a terminal A. The rotary shaft of a DC motor 6 is enable so arranged as to be directly connected to a tuning rod 5, and to mounting and demounting onto the tuning shaft 2 on the klystron side to be performed at the connection part B. A driving circuit 7 switches the polarity of the DC motor 6 by receiving the pulse signal transmitted from a comparison circuit 8 so as to revolve the DC motor 6 normally and reversely. When the DC motor 6 is driven, the erroneous output is reduced gradually, and when said output becomes zero, the DC motor 6 stops its revolution. Thus, the correct tuning position for the selected channel can be realized. |
