PURPOSE:To obtain instant beans capable of eating with only tasting dressing, etc., having good color and shape, by swishing off hydrated and heated beans, lightly dehydrating, filling and sealing in a vessel and retorting. CONSTITUTION:Water-impregnated beans are heated in water and washed with water, as necessary, swished off, lightly dehydrated, filled and sealed in a vessel and retorted (preferably heated by retort sterilizer at 120-130 deg.C for 8-25min) to obtain the aimed beans. |
