Separation of proteins. The support intended to reduce the adsorption of proteins comprises a porous solid onto which a film of polymer or of copolymer is deposited, the polymer comprising N-disubstituted amide functional groups or being a copolymer obtained from a monomer containing disubstituted amide functional groups and from another copolymerisable monomer. Application to chromatographic separation of proteins.
