<p>A combination device, in particular for use in big kitchens, and comprising a stiring device being common for a number of food processing positions is constructed to be cantilever mounted by means of side posts (10) at opposite sides of said food processing positions (4), e.g. big pots, which side posts comprise elevating means for a height-displaceable supporting beam (14) for a stiring device being displaceably along the supporting beam (14), said elevating means being driven by a common motor placed in a drive tunnel (12) which is arranged between upper end portions of said side posts (10), as the combination device comprise such adapted driving means for the stiring device that these driving means may also be used for a cleaning device being provided with rotating brushes and/or scraper means and possible sluicing means, and that in connection with the stiring device being provided such arranged lifting means that these may also be common for the food processing positions (4).</p> |
