In an adhesion machine for sticking sheets (16) onto a continuous web (10) in an ideal direction and at proper intervals successively, the forward edge of the sticking sheet is overlapped on a part of the aforementioned continuous material, and when the sticking material is positioned at a predetermined place, a part of the forward edge of the sticking sheet is pressed and heated by an initial pressing and heating unit, and then the whole or part of the sticking sheet is pressed and heated by a flat pressing and heating device so that the sticking sheet is adhered in a flat manner and it can be adhered precisely in an ideal place on the surface of the continuous material. The sheets (16) may be used to cover confidential information on the web (10) and the web may be perforated to form postcards (12). <IMAGE>
