PURPOSE: To facilitate laying conditions under the ground by introducing an organic oxide type operating agent into a tubular component, disposing the component so that joint faces of the component are opposed, raising an electric heating resistance at a specific temperature gradient, and heating it, thereby shortening a heating time of the component. CONSTITUTION: An organic oxide type crosslinking agent is introduced by diffusing into a component manufactured by a non-crosslinking thermally decomposable plastic material. In this case, joint surfaces are oppositely disposed. And, temperatures of these components are raised via an electric heating resistance. Its temperature range is set to a range of about 150 to 350 deg.C, and its temperature gradient is set to about 50 to 400 deg.C per one minute. This heating continuing time is taken longer than a half-life of a peroxide, and crosslinking of the material is brought about at the joint surfaces of the component. A concentration of the crosslinking agent of 0.2%/cm or more of the material is effective for its reaction. When the crosslinking occurs and these components are joined sealingly, its temperature is given to a circumference. |
