PURPOSE:To improve the printing property and allow fine patterning for the large-sized use by using electrode composition material paste containing three- component alloy powder of Ni3B1-xCx for the nickel alloy powder. CONSTITUTION:A three-component alloy expressed by the chemical formula Ni3B1-xCx is used for the nickel alloy powder, where (x) is within the range of 0.05-0.6 in this chemical formula. The binding ratio between boron and carbon is set to C/B=1/19-3/2. The content ratio of the nickel alloy powder of the solid component in the electrode composition material is set to 30-65wt.%. The grain size of Ni3B1-xCx is within the range of 0.1-10mum. |
