PURPOSE:To effectively avoid the breakdown of layer insulation, by setting the thickness of the insulating layer positioned between a current supply electrode and an electrostatic induction electrode so as to make the same larger than that of other part. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 20 is applied to a heat generating resistor 11 and a current supply electrode 12 and an electrostatic induction electrode 30 is arranged corresponding to the region of the first insulating protective layer 21 so as to be arranged on the first insulating protective layer 21 at the place corresponding to the heat generating resistor 11 but on the extension part 22a of the second insulating protective layer 22 at the place corresponding to an electrode 12 for the supply of a current to the heat generating resistor 11. Therefore, since the insulating layer 20 between the current supply electrode 12 and the electrostatic induction electrode 30 is obtained by laminating the first insulating protective layer 21 and the extension part 22a of the second insulating protective layer 22 and set so as to become thicker than other part, the resistance value of the insulating layer 20 between the current supply electrode 12 and the electrostatic induction electrode 30 becomes large and a pinhole is hardly formed to the part of the corresponding insulating layer 20 because of the increased thickness and the electric leakage due to the pinhole is effectively avoided. |
