DEVICE FOR MENUFACTURING SHAPE WITH FIN

PURPOSE:To manufacture a shape with fins whose height is three or more times a fin thickness by installing a fin drafting unit which drafts the fins in the fin thickness direction by use of right and left roll pieces and a groove side part in a groove of a horizontal roll. CONSTITUTION:A groove 5 is formed on a horizontal roll 4 and a fin drafting unit is installed in the groove 5. The unit is provided with tilted and supported roll pieces 6-1, 6-2 pressing a web 1 and fins 2 by pushing to each other. The fins 2 are directly pressed to be well shapable and the fins 2 are hardly felled and flows are scarcely generated. An axial load generated in the horizontal roll 4 side caused by fin drafting balances with a flange shaping load. Loads generated at the pieces 6-1, 6-2 sides caused by fin drafting balance with each other by metal touch of each other.
