<p>The apparatus comprises a pulley (1), the peripheral part of which is profiled in order to receive the winding of a flexible flat link (4). A roller (7) mounted at the end of an articulated lever (8) is applied against the periphery of the pulley (1) under the action of a spring (10). The roller (7) has a profile which complements that of the pulley (1). The apparatus applies to the pulling or lifting of a load attached to a strap. <IMAGE></p> |
