The balanced support arm arrangement has an arm (2), an arm parallelogram (3) and a hinge part (4). The arm parallelogram (3) consists of a bar (7) and a pneumatic spring device (8) constructed as piston-cylinder element. The arm parallelogram (3) is pivotably connected, on the one hand, to the arm (2) and, on the other hand, to the hinge part (4). The arrangement can be used advantageously in the case of a lamp since the spring force changes proportionally to the lifting (stroke, travel).
