PURPOSE:To provide a simple structure which serves as both a cover for protect ing switches and a sheet holder by forming a sheet support by erecting a plate member on a casing so that the plate member can be turned on an axis and slidden leftward and rightward, and forming the cover by tilting down the plate member. CONSTITUTION:A plate member 11 is fitted to casings 1, 2 so that the plate member 11 can be turned on a horizontal axis B and slidden leftward and rightward. A sheet support is formed by erecting the plate member 11 into a use condition, and a cover for the casings 1, 2 is formed by tilting down the plate member 11 with the casings 1, 2 in a minimum-width (storing) condition (the plate member is tilted down on the upper surface of the casing 1). The plate member 11 is so fitted that it can be slidden in the width directions of the casings 1, 2 and turned on the axis B, by fitting an astragal 12 provided at a base part thereof in a cylindrical groove 13 provided along a sheet-inserting port 7 of the casings 1, 2. |
