PURPOSE:To increase the effective area of a superconductor, through which a current flows, by a method wherein, in superconducting wirings, which are formed of the same patterns of a plurality of superconducting layers, nonsuperconductive materials are each provided between the superconducting wiring, and at the same time, the thickness of each superconducting layer is set in a prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:Superconducting wirings 1, which are formed of a plurality of the same plane patterns of superconducting layers, are formed on an insulating film 5 on an Si substrate 4, nonsuperconductive materials 2 are each laminated between the respective wirings of these wirings 1 and the thickness (t) of each wiring 1 is set in a magnetic field intrusion length (lambda) or shorter. Thereby, a magnetic field due to a Meissner effect intrudes sufficiently into each wiring 1, magnetic field intrusion regions 3 are respectively formed over the whole area of each wiring 1, and the effective sectional area of a superconductor, through which a current flows, is increased, so that a large-current superconducting wiring can be easily realized. |
