PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of putting pages in order by an operator's manual work, and to raise the operability by returning automatically a document bundle to an initial state, when a signal for suspending an operation is generated in the course of a copy operation. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a recirculating type document feeding device (RDF) 300 for feeding a document bundle 302 on a placing tray 301 by one piece each to an exposing position, and returning it to the tray 301 after the exposure. In this state, when a stop key is depressed in the course of feeding a document, it is awaited that the document stops at the exposing position, and when it stops, it is discharged immediately to the tray 301. Also, when the stop key is depressed in the course of a copy processing, a copy which is being operated is completed, and the subsequent copy is suspended and the document is discharged to the tray 301. Subsequently, when the document does not make the round yet, the document is brought to no-load feed, and the document bundle 302 is returned to a state that the pages have been put in order. In this regard, even in the course of the no-load feed, the return operation can be suspended. |
