PURPOSE: To prevent displacement after installation and to surely secure tight fitting to a bolt by arranging a pressing spring and a stopper ring in a fixing threaded bolt for an air plane panel and the like. CONSTITUTION: A bolt 10 is inserted through a grommet assembly 19. When a washer 29 is simply arranged to the bolt 10 provided with tabs 30 positioned in slots 39-41, the washer 29 is installed to a shank 38 of the bolt 10. A spring 31 is slid into a groove so as to be inserted into a bore 43. A stopper ring 74 is snapped into an annular groove 45. The washer 29 is prevented from moving through the stopper ring 74. |
