A carrier disc (9) is mounted in torsionally rigid fashion on an axle part (7) on the inside (2') of the rim of a vehicle wheel (1). The carrier disc (9) has at least one aperture (10), hinged on that edge of which that is adjacent to the axle part (7) is an air-guiding part (11). This air-guiding part can be pivoted out of its closed position (a) into its operative position (b) by a pressure-operated servo motor, an actuating element (16, 18) in the form of a helical spring or a similar actuating device, thereby forming an air inlet channel (c) open in the direction of travel (F).
