PURPOSE:To obtain the title safe aq. liq. cleaning agent for wire-drawing oil having a practical effect by dissolving or dispersing KOH and an amphoteric surfactant in water respectively in specified concn. as the essential components. CONSTITUTION:An aq. soln. contg. 5-30% KOH and 5-30% amphoteric surfactant as the essential components is formed, and a liq. cleaning agent for wire-drawing oil consisting of the stable and safe aq. soln. having a practical effect and without polluting the environment is obtained. A chelating agent, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a defoaming agent can be incorporated, as required, as the additives in addition to the essential components. An about 10% aq. soln. of the cleaning agent is preferably used. The oil and lubricant used in wire drawing can be effectively cleaned with the cleaning agent by dip cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, brushing, etc. |
