PURPOSE:To carry out continuous operation without stopping a manufacturing line by removing a used metallic foil tape section and feeding an unused metallic foil tape section when static charge is applied to the film. CONSTITUTION:Molten thermoplastic resin is extruded out of a T-die 11 in the form of a film, and a part of an electrode tape 3 is stretched over in the crossing direction of the film, while a used metallic tape section is wound by a winding machine 12 continuously or intermittently, and an unused metallic tape section is delivered by a delivering machine 13. Static charge is applied from an electrode to which voltage is applied from the DC high voltage electric source 15 to the resin film surface. Then, electrified resin film 16 is cast on the surface of a cooling roll 14 electrically grounded and cooled. Also, it is preferable to make the structure of a delivering machine and a winding machine movable up and down, forward and backward, and revolvable in order to adjust the position of the electrode. |
