PURPOSE:To effectively dry and sterilize edible flour without deteriorating quality by placing buckwheat flour, etc., in a vacuum container and irradiating the buckwheat flour, etc., with microwaves. CONSTITUTION:Edible flour, such as buckwheat or wheat flour, is contained in a vacuum container, preferably decompressed to about 100mmHg, then irradiated with microwaves at, e.g., <=55 deg.C temperature, and heated to afford the aimed flour. |
