PURPOSE:To arrange so that working including the processing of the corner R portion of a work may be conducted efficiently at one process and reduce the number of the process of working, by making R shaped the outer perimeter edge portion of a main body at a disk file made of a magnetic metal. CONSTITUTION:The turning stoppage key 3 of a disk file 1 is put into the recess portion 13a of a fitting plate 10, and in addition, the disk shaped main body 2 of the disk file 1 is inserted into the disk shaped main body of the fitting plate 10, and the disk file 1 is attached magnetically to the fitting plate 10 by means of a magnet 12. Under this condition, the fitting plate 10 is driven in rotation by means of a drive means, and the plane portion of a work W is ground by rotating the disk file 1, and at the same time, the corner R portion W1 of the work is ground by taking advantage of the outer perimeter edge portion 2a of the main body 2 formed into the R shape of the disk file 1. |
