发明名称 METHOD FOR SOAKING GRAIN USING NOVEL ENZYME PREPARATION
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain corn steep liquor which does not require a stage for removing phytic acid and is adequate for feed and microorganism fermentation by imersing corn into hot water contg. phytin degradation enzyme and sulfur dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The sulfur dioxide is added preferably at a concn. of 0.2% with the hot water kept at preferably 20 to 60 deg.C and further, the phytin degradation enzyme (e.g.; Aspergillus, nigre enzyme preparation, etc.) is compounded therewith. The corn is immersed therein and is treated for, for example, 12 to 18 hours and thereafter, the grains are separated, by which the corn steep liquor is obtd.
