摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the working time by checking whether or not the moving position of a shaft has intruded into the intrusion forbidding range that has been set within the movable range of a machine tool, and then if it is in the above intrusion forbidding range, by canceling the intrusion direct on and also processing the moving output by a movement output means. CONSTITUTION:In a mechanical control means 12, an intrusive movement canceling means is provided. When the amount of movement up to a target position is set by a movement setting means, whether or not the movement has reached the target position is judged by a movement completion judging means, and if it is judged that the movement has completed, so the processing is completed. In the case the movement is not completed, the amount of movement per unit time is calculated by a movement calculating means, and it is judged by an intrusion checking means for each movement command shaft that the movement is not intruded into the intrusion forbidding range. When the addition of the movement per unit time for each shaft intrudes into the intrusion forbidding range, the movement per unit time for the relevant shaft is made zero by the intrusive movement canceling means, and the machine is moved by the movement output means. Thus, movement can be performed without stepping the machine.
