PURPOSE:To suppress the transmission of excessive force to molds and consequently prevent the molds from being damaged by a structure wherein a torque limiting device is interposed in the torque transmission part of a carrying mechanism in a mold carrying device. CONSTITUTION:When a mold setting command is issued to a mold clamping part 2, a table rotating motor 7 is driven so as to carry molds 12 to the position corresponding to the mold clamping part 2. Next, a stopper 5 is pulled in with a solenoid and simultaneously a feeding motor 22 is driven so as to shift a slider 21 forwards through a torque limiting device 24 in order to hold and push the molds 12 with an operating arm 25 out of an exchanger. The molds 12 abut against a stopper 30 and at the same time put a mold clamping part side limit switch 31 into actuation. Accordingly, if resistance larger than the predetermined one develops in the molds under shifting, the limit switch 31 is put into actuation. As a result, no mold can be shifted by the pressing force exceeding the above-mentioned resistance. |
